The Chester Link supports adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to live in their own homes and to lead an independent life, within their individual capabilities.
Person centred support is provided to meet the needs of the individuals. Most of the properties are owned by the Chester Link and are furnished, decorated and maintained to a high standard.

- Work and volunteering
- Access to education and learning activities, such as attending college and community classes
- ‘Skills for Life’ including practical numeracy, literacy and computer skills
- Developing independent living skills including shopping, cooking, domestic skills
- Managing self care, medication, heath reviews and appointments
- Tenancy support including managing and maintaining a tenancy
- Managing money and budgeting, claiming and maintaining benefits
- Sports and hobbies
- Social activities including nights out, theatre, social groups
- Managing social networks and relationships with family and friends
- Support to have more choice and control, decision making, self advocacy
- Accessing and having an active presence in the local community
- Travel training in the local and wider community
- Holidays and short breaks
- In house creative classes, and much more
