Previous Experience
My career in the care and support environment started as a support worker on a part time basis while studying at university and I enjoyed it so much that my whole career path changed to working in this setting. Though my career I have worked with a range of client groups at all levels within a spectrum of organisations which has given me a wealth of experience in adult social care. I’m a qualified social worker which gives me a theoretical base to my care and support knowledge and my MBA developed my expertise in key areas of business and management.
I am a very positive and caring person who is passionate about providing good quality services that actually meet individual needs. Outside of work I love to travel, experiencing new countries and cultures and spend time with family and friends.
